NEW! ECE Huddles are Forming | Join In!

Dear Early Childhood Community,

Alliance for Kids is sharing something NEW from Healthy Child Care Colorado. They are hosting a series of ECE Huddles to elevate needs that arise and provide information that can support child care programs throughout the COVID-19 crisis.

What is a huddle? A huddle is a short meeting that occurs frequently so teams are informed and aligned. Huddles also provide a venue for participants to share, celebrate, and motivate one another.

Click on the Join the Huddle for information and registration links for the huddles on March 24th and 25th.

We’ve been updating our early care and education community frequently over the last week. Here’s a recap of the emails in case you may have missed one:

Emergency Child Care, Supply Needs, and MORE | March 20

Disaster Assistance & Economic Injury Email to Providers | March 17

OEC Updates, Survey, AFK Hours, Training, Business Webinar | March 16

Does your program have supply needs such as gloves, toilet paper, or bleach? Is there a current need that is standing in the way of your providing the services you need to children and families? Please let us know by clicking “Contact Us” on our home page and filling out the linked form. Please be sure to include your name, program name, and license number. We are working collectively with community partners to address your needs and will have updates about these efforts soon. Alliance for Kids staff will reach out to let you know about opportunities to address these needs in the near future.
