Free Incredible Babies Parent Program
Beginning January 26th.
WHAT: A free 8-10 week interactive parenting
class with your 0-6 month baby. We
provide childcare, for those kids 6 months
and older, as well as snacks provided at no
cost.
- Learn how to play interactively with your baby.
- Learn how to foster your babies social, emotional and developmental needs.
- Learn effective ways to stimulate your babies senses.
- Learn how to help your baby accomplish developmental milestones.

Parents Encouraging Parents (PEP) Conferences are family-centered events designed to offer support, information and education to both parents and professionals who work with children with disabilities across Colorado. PEP promotes the partnerships between parents and professionals that are essential in supporting and including children with disabilities in schools and communities.
The 2011-2012 PEP Conferences will be held:
• February 2-4, 2012 in Colorado Springs, Colorado
• April 26-28, 2012 (Location to be determined)

First Visitor at Peak Vista includes a home visitation program for new or expectant parents that provides information about early childhood development, community resources and a free gift for your baby from one of our caring and trained volunteers.
Your FREE home visit includes:
- A gift for your baby
- A book of games to play with your baby
- A handbook from Bright Beginnings loaded with information you need to know about caring for your baby/toddler AND SO MUCH MORE!
Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP)
NFP is a home visitation program that improves the health, well-being and self-sufficiency of low-income, first-time parents and their children in El Paso and Teller counties. Our home visitations begin with women during pregnancy and continue until their child is 2 years old. NFP is free to all women who are eligible for Medicaid and WIC and meet other income requirements.
Colorado Bright Beginnings is empowering parents with the guidance, knowledge and tools to create a bright beginning for their child. We'll give you some simple ways to start with a free packet of powerful tools. In Colorado communities throughout the state, we will meet you at home, your work or any other community setting that's easy for you.
Provides child care training and nurse-home visits that improve clients' employment potential and build healthy, stable and self-sufficient families.
Clients receive pre-employment child care training in classroom and hands-on settings.
In the classroom, professional health educators provide clients with lessons essential to future work in the child care field: fetal and child development, infectious disease prevention, child abuse prevention, financial management, goal setting, problem solving.
